Spring Steel
our spring steel sword are mostly from old leaf spring. These sword will usually price between 8,000 - 15,000 baht. Normally we do not have these up on sale most of the time but to help support new smiths we occasionally have spring steel sword in stock to help support our local artisan.
SUP9
SUP9 is basically a spring steel with a bit better specification and characteristic. Some smiths choose to use these sometime. Swords made with SUP9 are from newly made steel bar. Price usually from 15,000 - 25,000 baht.
SK4
A very popular steel for making Dha with it edge retention and toughness and moderately easy to forge. Most of the top tier forge in Thailand offer these as standard since it's easy to make differential heat-treat blade with clay method from SK4.
Our entry level, Custom and Signature model are made in SK4 steel as standard.
Price usually range from 10,000 - 30,000 baht depending on which forge we get these from.

one of the best steel for Dha with its toughness, shock resistance and edge retention. Most top tier forge offer these but at a premium price starting from 20,000 baht ++
Due to its characteristic and harder to forge compare to other steel. We only have a few swords made from these steels per year.
L6
Best steel for Dha right now with superior flexibility and toughness. There only a handful of smith that can process L6 in Thailand. All of the forge that offer L6 are gas forge and heat treat in salt baht.
